(CM) Misty Sulks T-Shirt

Mrs. Vickie, a wonderful lady at my old workplace, asked me to design a t-shirt with Misty/Kasumi on it for her daughter for her birthday. Well, unfortunately it isn't in time for her birthday, but I did finish the design.

I really wanted to put an open pokeball and a Psyduck in there, but unfortunately I suck at drawing animals, especially birds. Any Pokemon fan will surely know why I wanted them there; maybe in the future I'll attempt to add it, but for now, here we are.
